Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the Stoqtrade website, mobile app, courses, live sessions, community, and analytics dashboard, operated by Stoqtrade Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Stoqtrade”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use Stoqtrade. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.
2. Educational purpose only — not investment advice
Stoqtrade is an education platform. Course content, live sessions, the analytics dashboard, mentor commentary, and community discussion are provided for learning purposes only. Nothing on Stoqtrade constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, and Stoqtrade is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Any trading or investment decisions you make remain your sole responsibility.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance — including performance shown in course material, mentor commentary, or the platform's demo dashboards — is not indicative of future results. Simulated or paper-trading results have inherent limitations and do not reflect the impact of real market conditions such as liquidity, slippage, or emotional decision-making, and may differ materially from results achieved with real capital. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
4. Account registration and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stoqtrade.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Course access and licence
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that content for your own learning. You may not resell, publicly share, download for redistribution, or use course material for commercial training without our written permission.
6. Payments, pricing, and refunds
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Refund eligibility and any cooling-off period for a specific course or plan will be stated at the time of purchase; where no specific policy is shown, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of purchase, provided course completion is minimal.
7. Community and user conduct
You agree not to, while using the community, live sessions, or discussion forums:
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights.
- Share unverified stock tips or solicit trades outside the platform's educational scope.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Stoqtrade.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
All course videos, text, graphics, the Stoqtrade name and logo, and the platform's software are owned by Stoqtrade or its licensors and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from this content except as permitted by your course licence.
9. Certificates
Certificates issued on course completion verify that you completed the curriculum and demonstrated proficiency within it. They are not a government-issued licence or a substitute for SEBI or other regulatory certification required to operate as a financial professional.
10. Third-party links and services
The platform may link to third-party sites, market-data providers, or services (including our Discord community and payment gateway). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoqtrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including trading losses — arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any course content, mentor commentary, or dashboard data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to first raise any concern with our support team so we can try to resolve it informally.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
15. Contact us
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@stoqtrade.com. For how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
